Advance Payments (Pre Payment)
Prepayments must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the check-in date and the appropriate receipts sent by email to: [email protected].

Non-refundable rate:
They cannot be canceled regardless of the period purchased, the guarantee is irrevocable. In this case, after confirmation of payment by deposit, cash or card, there will be no refund of any payment made and the full amount for the closed period will be charged.
