* Advance payment of the 1st night, through bank deposit, daily balance, must be paid directly at the hotel, at the time of check in.
* Payment in advance of the total amount of the accommodation, can be paid in up to 5 installments, on the credit card, without interest on national cards.
Holidays and anniversaries will be charged the total amount of the accommodation.

Cancellations or changes made up to 45 days before the check-in date:

➔ 100% penalty (full amount of the reservation will be charged, with no right to refund).
Date changes may be made only once up to 30 days before check-in, subject to availability and the new rate in effect.
Up to 15 days from check in, full refund of the guarantee paid; From 14 to 6 days after check in, issuance of a letter of credit valid for 6 months, after this period there will be no refund; With 5 days of check in, there is no refund. In case of reimbursement, the hotel will have up to 30 days to make the same Liability for charging 5% of administrative and accounting fees. Except Christmas, New Year and Carnival where there will be no refund.
