Kamai Boutique Hotel is an intimate accommodation with a limited number of rooms. Each reservation reserves a suite prepared with care and advance notice. Our cancellation policy seeks to balance commitment, predictability, and respect for everyone's time.
1. Cancellations – Regular Periods
(excluding holidays, commemorative dates, and peak season)
Cancellations requested up to 60 days prior to check-in:
→ 70% refund of the amount paid and
→ 30% credit of the amount paid for future use.
Cancellations requested between 59 and 30 days prior to check-in:
→ 70% credit of the amount paid for future use.
Cancellations requested less than 30 days prior:
→ 100% retention of the amount paid.
2. Cancellations – High Season, Holidays and Special Dates
Subject to hotel availability
Non-refundable under any circumstances
(New Year's Eve, Carnival, Easter, long weekends and periods previously defined by the hotel)
Cancellations requested up to 60 days in advance:
→ 100% credit of the amount paid for future use.
Cancellations requested less than 60 days in advance:
→ 100% retention of the amount paid, no refund.
3. Credit for Future Use
The credit granted:
Is nominal and non-transferable
Is valid for 12 months from the original check-in date
Can be used only once
Tariff differences between periods will be adjusted according to the current rate.
4. No-show
In case of no-show without prior notice:
→ 100% retention of the total reservation value, no credit generated. 5. Early Departure
Early departure after check-in does not generate a refund or credit.
6. Date Changes
Changes may be requested only once, respecting:
