Cancellation Policies
Cancellations or date changes must be requested in writing, via email or WhatsApp. Requests by phone will not be accepted.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date or in case of NO-SHOW (non-attendance) will incur a penalty of 100% of the amount paid.
