The guesthouse will charge 50% of the total stay amount to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to check-in.

We charge 100% of the total reservation amount 30 days prior to check-in, via credit card or bank deposit.
If you choose to pay by credit card, the total amount can be divided into up to 5 installments with a minimum installment of R$ 500.00.

The reserved period is a special date (package or holiday), therefore, the cancellation policy applied will be non-refundable. If cancellation or changes are necessary after the reservation has been made, the amount paid will be charged as a penalty.
On other dates:Your reservation can be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days before the check-in date. For cancellations or changes made less than 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will be charged as a penalty.
