Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total reservation amount must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the apartment's reservation.
If payment is not identified within this timeframe, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Reservation cancellation requests must be made through our customer service channels.
Up to 7 [SEVEN] days after booking - 100% refund* (one hundred percent) of the amount paid (Article 49 - Consumer Protection Code), less any fees charged by the card operator.
Up to 21 [TWENTY-ONE] days before check-in - 80% refund of the amount paid, or the total amount may be used for accommodation on another date (see Credit Letter section).
Less than 21 days before check-in - No refund. 80% of the amount paid may be used for accommodation on another date (see Credit Letter section).
High Season (December to February, including Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, congresses, events and holidays) - No refund. 80% of the amount paid may be used for accommodation on another date (see Credit Letter section).
Credit Voucher - Credit vouchers will be issued to guests, according to the conditions above, for reservations canceled outside the permitted period, valid for up to 12 months, subject to availability and the applicable rates for the new chosen date.
Important - In the case of a refund for any reason, for payments made by credit card, the fees charged by the card issuer will be deducted.
