If it becomes necessary to cancel or change the reservation, the client must notify Solar Fazenda do Cedro in writing; cancellations or changes by telephone will not be accepted.
The following deadlines must be observed for requesting dates:
=> Reservation cancellation - up to 10 days in advance (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS and vacations, where the deadline is 20 (twenty) days), the deposited amount will be credited for future accommodation to be used within 90 days from the date of the cancellation request. Cancellation and rescheduling fee R$ 180.00.
Reservations canceled on the day of check-in will be considered "no show" without the possibility of credit for future reservations or refund.
Withdrawal after check-in - Withdrawal from the stay after check-in or withdrawal from any service included in the package will not entitle you to any type of refund, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package. Likewise, early departure will not entitle you to a cash refund or credit for new days.
