In case of cancellation, the deposit paid for the reservation will not be refunded in cash, but converted into a credit for accommodation. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the reservations department via email at [email protected]. If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before check-in, 100% of the amount paid will be converted into credit. If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before check-in, there will be no accommodation credit. We do not accept extensions or refunds, and the credit must be used within 6 months.
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date or time, the reservation will be considered a "no-show" and the amount paid will be retained. The room will be available for 12 hours from the check-in time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled and the amount retained. The hotel reserves the right not to refund the amount already paid.
