Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- Installments in up to 3 interest-free installments on Master, Visa, Amex, Diners cards (minimum installment of R$200.00).
Considerations:
- Advance charge for the 1st night up to 72 hours before Check-in, to guarantee the reservation. Other nights can be paid at the inn directly at check-in.
- The 1st advance night will be paid in full up to 72 hours before Check-in. Other nights requested by card in installments will be paid at the inn directly at check-in.
- If the deadlines are not respected, the reservation will be cancelled.

When checking in at the inn, you will be asked to present the card used to purchase the accommodation, as well as an official document with photo to prove ownership.
If the card holder does not stay at the inn, in the absence of the requested documentation, the reception will request a new payment with a physical card and the previous payment will be reversed.
We confirm that all information provided is correct and that the email provided by the guest is the means of communication between the guest and the inn.

New year's Eve package deadline for cancellation without charge 30 days before check in.
