1. TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE CANCELACIÓN SIN CARGO
TARIFA FLEXIBLE - REEMBOLSABLE y NO REEMBOLSABLE
El huésped puede cancelar su reserva sin cargo ni penalización en las siguientes situaciones:
Dentro del Plazo de Desistimiento: Para reservas realizadas en línea, por teléfono, WhatsApp, correo electrónico e incluso en persona en el hotel, la cancelación puede realizarse hasta 5 (cinco) días consecutivos a partir de la fecha de confirmación de la reserva, siempre que la fecha de llegada esté fuera de este plazo de 7 días. (Artículo 49 del Código de Protección al Consumidor).
PENALIZACIONES POR CANCELACIÓN (FUERA DEL PLAZO DE DESISTIMIENTO)
El tiempo transcurrido entre la fecha de cancelación y la fecha de llegada programada se considera:
TARIFA FLEXIBLE - REEMBOLSABLE
Menos de 5 días (incluyendo no-shows) antes de la llegada: el valor de la primera noche de estancia.
TARIFA NO REEMBOLSABLE
Menos de 7 días (incluyendo no-shows) antes del check-in: 100% del valor total de la reserva. No se realizan reembolsos.
La penalización se aplica al costo total del alojamiento (tarifas diarias + cargos obligatorios, como impuestos, desayuno incluido, comidas y otros extras).
2. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CANCELACIÓN
Todas las cancelaciones deben solicitarse por escrito (correo electrónico o a través de la plataforma de reservas).
El huésped recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación de la cancelación.
Los plazos para reembolsos, si corresponde, serán de hasta:
14 días hábiles para pagos con tarjeta de crédito (reembolso a la factura).
30 días hábiles para transferencias/PIX, según el Artículo 13, §2 de la Resolución n.º 105 del Banco Central de Brasil.
