We reiterate that the contracted daily rate is for 24 hours, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between the departure and arrival of guests is stipulated in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is exclusively intended for cleaning, sanitizing, and tidying the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
To support our employees in our accommodations, we apply a 10% service charge, which is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION WITHOUT CHARGE
FLEXIBLE RATE – REFUNDABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
Guests may cancel their reservation without any charge or penalty in the following situations:
Within the Legal Right of Withdrawal Period: For reservations made online, by phone, WhatsApp, email, and even in person at the inn, cancellation may be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of reservation confirmation, provided that the check-in date is outside this 7-day period. (Art. 49 of the CDC).
CANCELLATION PENALTIES (OUTSIDE THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD)
The time between the cancellation date and the scheduled check-in date is considered:
FLEXIBLE RATE – REFUNDABLE
Less than 7 days (including no-show) before check-in: 50% of the total reservation value.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
Less than 7 days (including no-show) before check-in: 100% of the total reservation value. No refund.
The penalty calculation applies to the total accommodation cost (daily rates + mandatory fees, such as taxes, breakfast included, meals and other extras).
2. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
All cancellations must be requested in writing (email or via the booking platform).
The guest will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
The deadlines for refunds in case of entitlement will be up to:
10 business days for payments via credit card (refund on the invoice).
30 business days for transfers/PIX, according to Article 13, §2 of Resolution No. 105 of the Central Bank of Brazil.
3. FINAL PROVISIONS
The inn reserves the right to change this policy, but the changes will not apply to reservations already confirmed.
Any doubts or conflicts will preferably be resolved by agreement, and the consumer may resort to Consumer Protection Agencies and Small Claims Courts.

4. PAYMENT METHODS:
To guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to pay 50% of the total accommodation value, via credit card, Pix and/or bank deposit within 48 hours after the reservation is made; For last-minute bookings, the deadline is 12 hours.
Sending proof of payment to [email protected] or WhatsApp (27) 99943-7420 is mandatory.
