Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee your stay, a 50% prepayment of the total amount for the reserved period is required, either via bank deposit (Pix), within 5 days of the reservation request date, with proof of payment sent, or by credit card at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid upon check-in.
• The total amount of the daily rate(s) or package must be paid in full upon check-in.
• Our minimum installment plan for credit cards is up to 3 installments, with a minimum value of R$ 100.00 interest-free.
• Accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, ELO, DINERS CLUB and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
