CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING: Cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 15 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation, we will not issue a refund; the amount paid will be converted into a full credit to be used within 12 months from the date the credit note is issued. The credit can be used at any time, subject to the current rate.
In case of rescheduling, the credit can be used subject to the current rate for the new period.
Cancellation outside the deadline will result in a penalty charge equal to the total package price.
NO-SHOW/NO-APPEARANCE: Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The room will remain available for 24 hours from the check-in time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of the total package price).
