Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING: Cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date.
In the case of cancellation, we will not issue a refund, the amount paid will be reversed into full credit to be used within 12 months from the date of issue of the letter of credit. The credit can be used at any time at the current rate.
In case of rescheduling, the credit can be used at the current rate for the new period.
Cancellation after the deadline will result in a fine corresponding to the first night's stay.
NO-SHOW/NO SHOW: Failure to show up without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of the amount corresponding to the first night).
