Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
It is necessary to pay 100% of the total reservation amount at the time of booking to guarantee the apartment reservation. If payment is not received within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGES Up to 7 calendar days after the advance payment date, a full refund of the guaranteed amount will be issued, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. After this period, a 100% penalty will be charged on the amount paid for any cancellations. Date changes can be made up to 72 hours before check-in. Otherwise, 30% of the reservation value will be charged. Issuance of a credit note valid for up to 6 months from the date of the request, subject to hotel availability and tariff changes.
