After this period, a fine of 25% of the daily rate will be charged, according to the cabin where they are staying. Refusal to vacate the cabin after being informed of the need to leave may result in additional fines, in addition to the daily rate, and the involvement of local authorities.

The client cannot refuse to vacate the property or pay for extra days, as there may not be availability. Furthermore, the cabin needs to be vacated to be prepared for another client's check-in on the same day.
