How to pay for your reservation?
– PIX (Brazilian instant payment system).
– Credit card.
Payment Information
Payment can be made in one of the following ways:
Full payment via PIX
Full payment by card (interest-free installments, check the number of installments)
20% upon booking and the remaining 80% one week before the stay (via PIX or card)
Cancellation Policies
Initially, we wish to inform our valued guests that we comply with Brazilian law, guaranteeing free cancellation up to seven days after booking. After this period, our Cancellation Policy applies, as described below:
Cancellation up to 30 days prior: 90% refund of the amount paid.
Furthermore, our property is not responsible, and the guest does not have the right, to modify dates or cancel reservations beyond the periods stipulated in the voucher, website, or as mentioned in this document, in cases of change of plans, health problems, accidents, unfavorable weather conditions, canceled events, arrival delays, or any unforeseen situations beyond the control of both the property and the guest. Justifications based on these events, even if proven, will not be considered valid for cancellation or alteration of reservations if requested outside the deadlines established in the voucher policies, website, or the guidelines and regulations set forth herein.
TRANSFER POLICY
Transfers up to 30 days prior: R$50.00 fee to process the transfer;
Transfers between 29 and 10 days prior: R$150.00 fee;
Transfers between 9 and 5 days prior: R$200.00 fee;
Transfers less than 5 days prior to your reservation are not permitted.
We would also like to remind you that our rates are adjusted periodically, therefore, the value of your next reservation may be different from the current reservation value.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TRANSFER CHOICES
If you choose to transfer the date and subsequently need to cancel, the date considered for calculating whether or not you will receive a refund will be the original date of the first reservation made.
