Cancellation/Change Policy:
· Law No. 15654 of November 26, 2015 - Art. 3-A
· A fine of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made between 60 (sixty) and 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date.
· A fine of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made 29 (twenty-nine) days or less prior to the check-in date.
· For reservations requested less than 29 days prior to check-in, the cancellation period is free of charge and is 7 days after confirmation. If this limit is exceeded, a fine of 100% of the reserved period will be charged.
· Reservations with promotional rates - Dates cannot be changed without 30 (thirty) days' notice. In case of cancellation, a fine of 100% of the amount already deposited to guarantee the reservation will be charged.
