The Incentive
When choosing Rate: Não Reembolsável - Benefício 7 ou mais noites. Book 91 days in advance and win a 35% discount.
Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Immediate Payment: As this is a non-refundable rate, the full amount of the accommodation will be debited or must be deposited immediately after the booking is completed.
Installment Payment: We offer the option of interest-free installment payments (valid only for credit cards issued in Brazil).
Card Use: We do not accept third-party cards. For security reasons, the card used for payment will be physically requested at check-in.
Cardholder Identity: If the cardholder used for the purchase does not stay at the hotel, the previous payment will be refunded and we will require a new full payment on-site, using a physical card present at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation or Modification: As this is a promotional rate with a discount, there is no deadline for free cancellation. In case of withdrawal, cancellation, or need to change dates, a penalty of 100% of the total amount paid will be applied. There will be no refunds.
Last-Minute Reservations: The same rule applies: there is no right to a refund for cancellations or withdrawals, regardless of the date the reservation was made.
No-Show: If you do not show up on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation will be canceled and the amounts already debited from the card or deposited will be retained in full, without the right to a refund.
