Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Immediate payment: The total amount of the accommodation will be debited or must be deposited immediately after the booking is completed.

Installment payment: We offer the option of interest-free installments (valid only for credit cards issued in Brazil).

Card use: We do not accept third-party cards. The card used for the booking must be physically presented at check-in.

Cardholder identity: If the cardholder is not one of the guests, the previous charge will be reversed and a new payment will be required with a physical card at the hotel reception.

Cancellation Policies

Free Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge if you notify us more than 7 days before your check-in date.

Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, there will be no refund (100% penalty).

Last-Minute Reservations: If you make a reservation to check in within the next 7 days, it will not be eligible for free cancellation. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded.

No-show: If you do not show up on the scheduled check-in date, the amount already deposited or charged to your card will be retained in full.
