Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Prepaid amounts are non-refundable. The credit card provided will be automatically charged at the time of booking. We offer installments up to 4x without interest on Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Elo cards. Other card brands will not be accepted. In compliance with anti-fraud control requirements of Credit Card Companies, we require the physical credit card used for the purchase along with an identity document. We do not accept third-party cards, except for spouses and first and second-degree relatives. We require the Guaranteed Reservation Form for reservation confirmation and documents proving the relationship. If the documents are not presented, we may cancel the reservation and refund the amounts to the credit card used for the purchase.
Cancellation Policies
Free Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge if you notify us more than 30 days in advance of your check-in date.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: If you cancel 30 days or less before check-in, there will be no refund of the amount paid (100% penalty).
Last-Minute Reservations: If you make a reservation to check in within the next 7 days, it will not be eligible for free cancellation. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
No-show: If you do not show up on the scheduled check-in date, the amount already deposited or charged to your card will be retained in full.
