1. Rate Definition The Non-Refundable Rate is a reservation option offered by GO Hotelaria with special pricing conditions. In exchange for the reduced price, this category does not allow refunds, free cancellations, or changes after confirmation. 2. Payment Conditions Payment must be made at the time of booking, through the methods provided by the hotel (credit card, bank transfer, PIX, or others). Reservations made with a credit card will be charged in full upon confirmation. If payment is not completed or authorized, the reservation may be automatically canceled without prior notice. 3. Cancellations and Changes Cancellations are not permitted, regardless of the reason. Changes to dates, guest names, number of nights, or room type are not accepted. In case of no-show, the total amount already paid will be retained as a penalty. 4. No-Show Policy If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be considered a no-show. The full amount paid will be retained, with no possibility of refund or future credit. The reservation cannot be reactivated for later dates. 5. Early Departure If the guest decides to shorten their stay after check-in, there will be no refund for unused days. 6. Force Majeure Events Personal situations, medical emergencies, changes of plans, or any unforeseen event do not exempt the guest from the conditions of this rate. GO Hotelaria may, at its sole discretion, evaluate exceptional cases, but does not guarantee flexibility. 7. Proof and Confirmation By finalizing a reservation with a non-refundable rate, the guest declares to be aware of and in agreement with all the conditions described in this policy. A confirmation will be sent by email, containing a summary of the conditions, amount paid, and dates of stay. 8. Availability and Application The Non-Refundable Rate may be subject to availability and may not be offered during certain periods, holidays, or special events. This policy applies exclusively to reservations made under this type of rate and does not replace other current GO Hotelaria policies.
