1) The transfer date is the purchase date, the moment the reservation is finalized and the period for exercising the right of withdrawal begins. 2) The right of withdrawal, as per art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), may only be exercised by the customer for purchases made by telephone and online, within a non-extendable period of 7 (seven) days from the purchase date (transfer date). In this case, the advance payment will be fully refunded, less the bank transfer fee. 3) In the event of cancellation after 7 (seven) days from the purchase date (transfer date), that is, from the 8th (eighth) day onwards, the advance payment will not be refunded. However, the customer may use it in full as credit for a new reservation within 90 days, subject to the rates in effect on the date of the new stay. The new date must be scheduled within a non-extendable period of 15 (fifteen) days from the cancellation date, otherwise the credit will be forfeited. 4) Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the check-in date to be eligible for rescheduling/refund.
