RESERVATIONS MADE OUTSIDE THIS PERIOD WILL HAVE THE PAYMENT REFUNDED AND MUST BE REPAIRED IN FULL AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN.

Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY NEW YEAR and CARNIVAL: cancellations or changes to the reservation requested less than 30 days before the check-in date automatically generate a fine of 100% of the amount paid to date.

1. CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION MODIFICATION POLICY
1.1. Arraial d’Ajuda Eco Resort does not offer cash refunds. In case of approved refunds, these will be subject to penalties and administrative fees, as set forth in the items of this policy.
1.2. Cancellation up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date: Credit note for the total amount paid, valid for 12 (twelve) months.
1.3. Cancellation less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date: Application of a penalty corresponding to one night's stay in the reserved category. The remaining amount will be refunded by means of a credit note.
1.4. Cancellation less than 7 (seven) days prior to the check-in date or no-show (non-attendance without notice): Penalty of 50% of the total reservation value, with a minimum value of one night's stay in the reserved category. The remaining amount will be refunded by means of a credit note.
1.5. Cancellation after check-in or early departure: There will be no refund in cash or credit, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid, except in cases of force majeure that are proven within a period of up to 7 (seven) consecutive days.
1.6. Carnival, Festa Junina, Children's Day, Christmas, New Year's Eve periods: Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 30 days in advance. After this period, there will be no refund of amounts paid – any outstanding installments will not be charged.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICIES - General Observations:
a) Arraial d'Ajuda Eco Resort does not make cash refunds. Requested refunds, if approved, will always be subject to fines and administrative fees.
b) Any changes to the reservation will always be subject to rate changes according to fluctuations at the time of the change.
