Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
For REFUNDABLE reservations, the purchase will only be guaranteed after the accommodation amount has been charged.
A) 14 days before check-in, a pre-authorization will be made for the value of the first night;
B) 03 days before check in, the full amount will be charged to the card provided in your reservation.
For NON-REFUNDABLE reservations, the total cost of accommodation will be charged on the day of purchase.
The card used must be presented at check in.
Cancellation Policies
Full cancellation charge for periods of less than 90 days from check in.
Policy applicable on dates: 12/21/2026 - 2/14/2027
- Free cancellations up to 30 days before check in. After this period, a fine of 50% of the daily rate during high season will be charged;
- In case of no-show, 50% of the daily rate will be charged during high season;
- Free cancellations up to 3 days before check in.
- High season periods (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival) are non-refundable periods;
- In case of no-show, 01 daily rate will be charged in low season and 50% of the daily rate in high season;
