Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
For REFUNDABLE reservations, the purchase will only be guaranteed after the accommodation amount has been charged.
A) 14 days before check-in, a pre-authorization will be made for the value of the first night;
B) 03 days before check in, the full amount will be charged to the card provided in your reservation.
For NON-REFUNDABLE reservations, the total cost of accommodation will be charged on the day of purchase.
The card used must be presented at check in.
Cancellation Policies
- Free cancellations up to 30 days before check in. After this period, a fine of 50% of the daily rate during high season will be charged;
- In case of no-show, 50% of the daily rate will be charged during high season;
