To guarantee your reservation, 100% of the total stay amount must be paid at the time of purchase. We accept credit cards, PIX (Brazilian instant payment system), and bank deposit; sending proof of payment via WhatsApp or email is mandatory.
In case of no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the first night's stay will be charged, or according to the conditions of the purchased rate.
For payments made with a third-party credit card, it is necessary to present the card used for the purchase at check-in, along with a completed and notarized authorization form. A template of the form can be requested from the hotel staff.
