Cancellation Policies
A) Cancellation requests made up to seven (7) days before check-in will have the advance payment refunded in full. After this period, 30% of the advance payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.
B) Reservation dates may be changed only once, if requested at least seven (7) days before the check-in date. Ownership cannot be transferred. Reservations will be adjusted based on the daily rates for the new period requested. Reservations must be rescheduled for a maximum of 180 days in advance.
C) For reservations made with a credit card, any fees charged by the card issuers will be passed on and deducted from the refund to be issued to the guest.
