Reservations for the Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival and holiday periods are charged the full amount of the reservation up to 30 days before check-in. (in case of no-show or cancellation: amount non-refundable).
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS/New Year's Eve, CARNIVAL AND HOLIDAYS: UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN: FREE.
In case of cancellation, cancellation or no-show less than 30 days before check-in: Value/reservation (total value) non-refundable.
In case of no-show. the reservation will remain active until 12pm on the following day of check-in, after which the reservation will be considered canceled and the fine will be applied.
LOW SEASON RESERVATIONS:
Cancellation: Free of charge up to five business days before check-in.
Less than 5 days before check-in or in case of no-show: fine of 1 night.
