CANCELLATION POLICY
The hotel offers two types of rates: refundable and non-refundable, to provide guests with the most suitable option based on their interests.
Refundable Rate
The refundable rate entitles the guest to a full or partial refund as specified below:
- Cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date: 100% refund.
- Cancellation on the day of the arrival date: 50% refund. - No-show: No refund; 50% of the amount paid will be converted to a Letter of Credit, valid for up to 1 year.
- Late check-in or early check-out will be charged 100% of the daily rate.
Non-Refundable Rate
The non-refundable rate is not eligible for a refund, but must follow the purchasing and sales rules established by the Consumer Protection Code (Art. 49), detailed below:
- Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: 100% refund. After this period, the non-refundable policy applies.
- Cancellation up to 60 days before check-in: 70% of the amount paid will be converted to a Letter of Credit and a 30% penalty.
- Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: 50% of the amount paid will be converted to a Letter of Credit and a 50% penalty. - Cancellation up to 15 days before check-in: 25% of the amount paid will be converted to a Letter of Credit and a 75% penalty.
- Cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: 100% penalty, no Letter of Credit will be issued.
- Late check-in or early check-out will be charged 100% of the daily rate.
