To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
Advance payment can be made by bank deposit or via a payment link (credit card, in a single installment). Please note that we do not accept installment payments.
The remaining 50% must be paid up to 72 hours before check-in, following the same payment rules mentioned above.

Vila Cangalha aún se encuentra en obras. Por lo tanto, durante su estancia, podría haber personal en las zonas comunes y, ocasionalmente, ruido debido a las obras. Agradecemos su comprensión.
1. Entrada y salida
- Entrada: a partir de las 14:00
- Salida: hasta las 11:00
- Recepción: abierta todos los días de 10:00 a 18:00
2. Política de niños y ocupación
- Se admiten niños de todas las edades.
- Disponemos de cunas para bebés de hasta 10 kg (previa solicitud).
- Cada casa tiene capacidad para un máximo de 4 personas.
- No se permiten camas supletorias.
3. Mascotas
- Se admiten mascotas, sujetas a las siguientes normas:
- Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier daño causado por sus mascotas (sujeto a multa).
- No se debe dejar a las mascotas solas dentro de la casa durante periodos prolongados. - La recogida de excrementos de las mascotas es obligatoria. En las áreas exteriores, las mascotas deben llevar correa o transportín.
4. Normas de Convivencia
- Ambiente 100% libre de humo.
- Se debe informar con antelación a los visitantes externos y a los prestadores de servicios y llevarlos debidamente identificados.
- No se permite el uso de equipos de música personales en las áreas exteriores para garantizar el bienestar de todos.
- Nuestros baños funcionan con biodigestores, por lo que no se permite el uso de papel higiénico.
5. Servicios e Instalaciones
- Desayuno: de 7:30 a 9:00 h.
- Snack Bar: de 11:00 a 18:00 h.
- Almuerzo y cena: según solicitud y disponibilidad.
- Servicio de limpieza: diario, de 9:00 a 14:00 h.
- Minibar: con reposición diaria. Tarifa según consumo (menú disponible en la casa).
- Electricidad: 220 V (estándar NBR de 3 pines).
- Escuela de kitesurf disponible en el establecimiento.
6. Seguridad y responsabilidad
- Los niños deben estar siempre supervisados por un adulto, especialmente en las zonas de piscina y playa.
- Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier daño a la propiedad o a las zonas comunes, con cargo adicional.
- El uso de la piscina debe cumplir con las normas de seguridad y hacerse con precaución.
7. Acceso a la propiedad
- El acceso se realiza por la puerta principal del condominio.
- Utilice el videoportero para identificarse y entrar.
- Nuestro equipo estará disponible para asistirle a su llegada.
