Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
Advance payment can be made by bank deposit or via a payment link (credit card, in a single installment). Please note that we do not accept installment payments.
The remaining 50% must be paid up to 72 hours before check-in, following the same payment rules mentioned above.
Cancellation Policies
-Up to 60 days before check-in: Cancellations are 100% refundable.
-From 59 to 30 days before check-in: Cancellations are 50% refundable.
-Less than 29 days before check-in: No refund.
Rescheduling:
You can reschedule your stay up to 30 days before your check-in date without a penalty. The new date will be subject to availability and the current rate for the selected period.
