Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Para garantir a reserva, é necessário o pagamento de 100% do valor total no ato da solicitação. Esse valor pode ser pago via PIX, depósito bancário ou cartão de crédito. O saldo restante deverá ser quitado no momento do check-in, com possibilidade de parcelamento em até 3 vezes no cartão.

Low Season Reservations

Children up to 6 years old (FREE) – valid for 1 (one) child per room;
To guarantee the reservation, a 30% payment of the total amount will be required. Payment must be made via PIX, bank deposit, or credit card. The remaining balance must be paid by the guest at check-in and can be paid in up to 3 installments;
The deadline for the reservation guarantee deposit is 24 hours or at the guesthouse's discretion;
After confirmation of the reservation guarantee deposit, the reservation receipt will be sent to the guest by email;

High Season Reservations

The deadline for free cancellation is 7 (seven) days after the reservation date or up to 15 days before check-in. Cancellation requests must be sent by email. In case of rescheduling, the deposit amount will be valid for 1 (one) year. After this period, the deposit will be retained as a no-show guarantee; If you are already staying and request an early check-out, you will be charged 50% of the canceled daily rate.
