Custom Rate
When a reservation was made through a Custom Rate (our promotional rate), which are promotional campaigns that the Inn may run throughout the year, the guest loses the right to reschedule or cancel.
Standard Rate
The Standard Rate allows guests to change their travel plans. Up to 15 days before the reserved check-in date, a partial refund will be made in case of cancellation, minus a 30% fee for operating costs.
After this period, no refunds will be issued for reservation amounts. However, it is possible to reschedule your stay (see details in the RESCHEDULING OF RESERVATION section) within the established timeframes.
For both rates, if the reservation is cancelled up to 7 days after payment confirmation, it may be cancelled free of charge (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code - CDC).
When booking two or more rooms, you will need to select rates in the same currency.
