Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Low season: 30 days before check-in, we will charge 50% of the total reservation amount as a guarantee. The remaining balance must be paid up to 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellation Policies
We accept free cancellations or changes up to 30 days before the check-in date.
After this limit, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a non-refundable or non-creditable penalty.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full reservation amount will be charged as a non-refundable or non-creditable penalty. We do not refund amounts already paid.
