Welcome to The Lodge Iguassu! We value a comfortable, safe and organized stay for all our guests. Please read the policies below carefully before making your reservation:
GENERAL POLICY OF THE LODGE IGUASSU:
01. Check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is until 12:00 p.m.
02. The reception is open 24 hours a day, except during receptionist breaks: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.; 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
03. The Lodge Iguassu offers shared and individual room options. Please pay attention to your reservation so that there is no mistake when checking in. 04. Guests staying at the hotel will have different prices for restaurants near The Lodge Iguassu: Rafain Chopp, TAJ, La Toscana and Cantina 4 Sorelle.
CHD POLICIES: OK
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate children under 8 years of age, as we do not have the facilities suitable for them. To accommodate children over 8 years of age, it is necessary to inform us at the time of booking. Otherwise, in both situations, the reservation will be canceled at the time of check-in.

ROOM REGULATIONS

01. We do not offer breakfast. However, The Lodge Iguassu offers an area with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, table and other kitchen utensils.
02. The Lodge Iguassu does not accept animals.
03. Access to the apartments is restricted, solely and exclusively, to registered guests.
04. Maximum silence is requested after 11 pm. 05. The outdoor areas have emergency lights, which will turn on automatically in the event of a power outage.
06. The hotel is not responsible for refunding any lost or misplaced objects on its premises.
07. The key card must be handed in at reception every time you leave, as if you lose your room key, you will be charged R$50.00.
08. Towels are not allowed in the hallways.
2- ACCOMMODATION
01. The apartment will be cleaned from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
02. Any damage caused by the guest to objects, furniture or utensils in the hotel will be compensated.
03. Clothes or other objects forgotten in the apartment will be kept for a period of 90 (ninety) days, after which the hotel reserves the right to dispose of them as it sees fit. 04. Guests are asked to notify Reception of their departure 20 minutes in advance so that they can close their account and check the room. We suggest that guests who are leaving in the early hours of the morning close their account the day before. Check-out is at noon (12:00 p.m.). If guests wish to stay in the apartment after this time (late check-out), they must check availability at Reception at least 24 hours in advance. 05. For the safety and privacy of our guests, we do not accept guests who are not staying there. 06. In our efforts to always serve our guests well, the Management asks that any complaints and/or suggestions be forwarded to them. 07. The electrical voltage is 110V. 3- CHILDREN

01. For safety reasons, and given that its structure consists of windows, staircases and elevators, among others, The Lodge Iguassu advises parents/guardians to always keep children over 8 years of age under their supervision and care.
02. The Hotel is not responsible for any accidents that may occur due to lack of attention or supervision by parents/guardians.
03. The hotel does not have adequate facilities for infants and therefore does not accept children.
