Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Reservation confirmation is subject to full or partial payment of the stay, depending on the conditions of the selected rate. For payments made via credit card link, whether through the website, WhatsApp, or offline, the card used for payment must be presented at check-in, displaying the last four digits, and a photo ID of the cardholder.

If the cardholder is not present or the card cannot be validated as required, the guest must replace the payment method with PIX or a new card of the cardholder present at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the reservation being considered a No Show, authorizing immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.

This measure ensures the security and compliance of transactions with the accommodations.

Cancellation Policies

1. RATES POLICY - HOW TO IDENTIFY THE POLICY THAT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR STAY: Rate policies vary according to the dates of your stay.

1.1 - Non-Refundable Rate Policy: Valid for dates that include the following periods: BLACK FRIDAY, New Year's Eve, Carnival, Magna Carta, Saint Joseph's Day, Holy Week, Tiradentes Day, Corpus Christi, Our Lady of the Assumption; Independence Day, Our Lady of Aparecida Day, All Souls' Day, Proclamation of the Republic Day, Black Consciousness Day and Christmas, Stays during Holiday months (December/January/July) or other Accommodation Packages, or Stays with Promotional Discounts.

1.2 - Flexible Rate Policy 7 days: Valid for other dates that do not fit the previous parameters.

2 - CANCELLATION POLICY - I WANT TO CANCEL. DOES MY RESERVATION'S RATING POLICY ALLOW THIS?

2.1 - Cancellation/Rescheduling Requests for Non-Refundable Reservations: There are no refunds for cancellations, and rescheduling is not permitted.
2.2 - Cancellation Requests for 7-Day Flexible Reservations:
A) Cancellations requested more than 7 days prior to the check-in date guarantee a full refund of the amount paid.
B) Cancellations requested less than 7 days but more than 24 hours before the check-in date and time guarantee a 50% credit of the amount paid for the purchase of new stays through rescheduling.
C) Cancellation requests made within the last 24 hours prior to check-in or after the start of check-in time will not be granted.

3. RESCHEDULING POLICY - I WANT TO RESCHEDULE. DOES MY RESERVATION'S RATING POLICY ALLOW THIS?

3.1 - Rescheduling Requests for Reservations with a Non-Refundable Policy: Will not be granted.
3.2 - Rescheduling Requests for Reservations with a Flexible Policy (7 days):
A) Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance are accepted, with the total amount paid being released for the rescheduling.
B) Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days in advance and more than 24 hours before the check-in date and time will incur a 50% penalty of the total stay value, with the remaining 50% being released for the purchase of new accommodations.
C) Rescheduling requests made within the last 24 hours before check-in or after check-in time will not be granted.
