Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
You can guarantee your reservation with a credit card. When done this way, the reservation will be guaranteed until 12:00 p.m. on the day following the scheduled check-in date. The card provided at the time of reservation will be validated up to 24 hours before the check-in date. If the card is invalid, the establishment will contact the guest requesting a new card, and this information must be sent within 24 hours of the request. If the establishment does not receive the new information within the time period stated here, the reservation may be cancelled. For reservations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date, the deadline for sending the abovementioned information is 2 hours.
Cancellation Policies
Reservations with a No Show Guarantee may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the Guest's arrival. After this period, the amount corresponding to one night's stay will be charged and this amount cannot be converted into credit for future stays.
Reservations without a No Show Guarantee will be cancelled automatically at 2:00 pm on the business day prior to the Guest's arrival.
No-show: The first night's stay of guaranteed reservations will be charged in the event of a no-show;
Early Departure: In the event of early departure, no amount will be charged.
