Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee your reservation, you must pay 100% of the total amount in advance, which can be done in two ways:
Bank deposit or Credit card payment link generated and sent after the request.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellations will be accepted free of charge if requested up to 30 days before the check-in date.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in, a fine of 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours after the reservation date, and provided that there are still more than 24 hours until check-in, the cancellation will be granted free of charge.
No-show: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, with no right to refund or credit.
Cancellations after the deadline or failure to present payment (deposit or payment via link) will result in the reservation being blocked.
