Cancellation Policies
Cancellation up to 14 days before check-in:
Full refund of the amount paid, without fines or fees.
Cancellations less than 14 days in advance:
A credit letter will be offered for the total amount of the reservation, with no deadline for use, valid for a new stay.
Note: The credit letter is not valid for holidays or holiday combinations.
No-show or cancellation on the day of check-in:
There will be no refund or credit issued, considering the amount of the reservation as used.
Change of date
Free change upon request up to 7 days before check-in
Change/cancellation due to weather conditions
In cases of weather changes that compromise access by sea, the reservation may be changed or left with a credit. This condition does not apply to rainy days, only in relation to maritime navigation such as strong swells and winds that may compromise safety on board.
