Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Reservations will only be confirmed upon payment of 100% of the total amount of the accommodation.
Payment must be made via deposit or transfer to the following bank details:
Payment must be made within 30 days after confirmation of the reservation. For reservations with less than 30 days to check-in, payment must be made immediately to guarantee the accommodation.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date are non-refundable. In the event of early departure, there will be no refund. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
