Payment conditions:
- To guarantee your reservation, you must pay 50% of the total amount in advance via bank transfer or 1x on your card.
- If you choose to pay in full in advance, via bank transfer or deposit, we offer a special 10% discount.
- We can split the total amount, without discounts, into up to 6x on your card, in advance.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations or transfers:
Based on article 20 of decree 7.381 of the CDC, which states "In the event of cancellation or request for reimbursement of amounts related to tourist services, at the consumer's request, any fine must be provided for in the contract and previously informed to the consumer", our rules are as follows:
- Up to 30 days before the check-in date: 5% fine for cancellations, no cost for transfers.
- From 29 to 15 days before the check-in date: 10% fine for cancellations and 5% cost for transfers.
- From 14 to 5 days before the check-in date: 25% fine for cancellations and 15% for transfers.
- Cancellation or transfer requests made less than 5 days in advance will not be honored.
Fines are calculated based on the total amount of the reservation and the credit is for the amount paid, not the number of nights.
The credit amount for future accommodation is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of cancellation. Early departures do not generate a refund or settle the outstanding amount on the reservation.
Please note that our daily rates are subject to periodic adjustments and the value of the new reservation may be different from the value of the current reservation.
