Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 p.m. on the day of check-in;
Cancellation Policies
For cancellation requests made 14 (fourteen) days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund of the total reservation amount may be issued. In case of no-show and requests made less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the check-in date, a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
