Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 p.m. on the day of check-in;
Cancellation Policies
- Non-Refundable Rate with advance payment;
- The guest must be the holder of the credit card used to pay for their reservation online and present the same at reception upon arrival at the resort; or send, in advance, a debit authorization with a copy of the card and the holder's ID. Guarantee by billing or Credit Card.
