After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

In case of cancellation, change or no-show, the total amount of the reservation (100%) will be charged, with no right to a refund, regardless of the cancellation date.
General Policy
· Rates valid per night and per apartment;
· Check-in time from 2:00 p.m. and check-out until 12:00 p.m.;
· Delayed departures or early arrivals are subject to charge and availability;
· We do not charge a service fee;
· Accommodation with minors accompanied by their parents with the child's document;
· Accommodation with minors unaccompanied by their parents with the child's document with an authenticated accommodation authorization;
· Prices include breakfast, served in the hotel restaurant from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.;
· We do not work with extra beds, only with cribs subject to availability;
· Delayed departures or early arrivals are subject to charge and availability;
· There is no charge for 01 child up to 06 years old in the same room as their parents/guardians.
· Changes will only be accepted 24 hours before the check-in date;
· Wi-Fi internet throughout the hotel;
· We do not accept checks;
· Online payment transactions are made in accordance with LGPD regulations.
