Deposit / Guarantee Policies
To guarantee your reservation and block the chosen accommodation, we require full payment in advance of the total amount of the stay. Payment must be made within 72 hours of booking confirmation.
If payment is not received within this period, the reservation may be automatically cancelled, allowing other guests to have the opportunity to book.
Cancellation Policies
We want to ensure the best experience for you! Therefore, we inform you that reservations for Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, January, July and holiday packages follow the non-refundable policy.
This means that, after confirmation, it will not be possible to make cancellations or changes with a refund.
Dear Guest, We understand that unexpected events happen. Here are our cancellation policies to help you plan your trip with peace of mind:
* Cancellations up to 30 days before check-in: No charge. You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 30 days before arrival.
* Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before check-in: A penalty of 50% of the total stay will be applied.
* Cancellations less than 15 days before check-in: A penalty of 100% of the total stay will be applied.
