Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made to guarantee the blocking of the apartment.

If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Non-refundable period

Up to 31 days before check-in, 100% of the amount paid in advance will be refunded, and the reservation date may be changed to be used within the next 6 months from the date of change;

Within 30 days or less of the start of services: there will be no refund in case of change, cancellation or total or partial non-use of services. The amount deposited cannot be used as credit;

In case of refund, the refund will be made within 15 days after sending the bank details;

Date changes are not permitted for periods of holidays, Holy Days and commemorative dates, as we work with special rates.
