Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment must be made in full in advance to guarantee your reservation. We accept payment by credit card, bank deposit or PIX. With credit card, you can pay in up to 6 installments, with a minimum installment of R$200.00. For payments by bank deposit or PIX, you must send proof of payment immediately after the transaction, identifying the reservation, by email or WhatsApp. Failure to make payment within the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made up to 15 days before check-in are free of charge. After this period, the amount of the first night will be charged.

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of the stay are free of charge; after that, the full amount for the period booked will be charged.

General Policy

We want your stay to be incredible, so check out the important information:

- Welcome Desk: When you arrive, have a relaxed chat with the reception, okay? Put on the bracelet recommended by our team.

- Little Key to Happiness: After checking in, the key to your dream cabin will be given to you. Don't forget to return it at check-out, otherwise there will be a fee of R$50.00.

- Our convenience: The grocery store is available for your purchases. If you order through iFood, share the purchase code with the reception/security.

- Do it yourself: For those who like to prepare their own meals, our structure is ready for you to do it yourself, with barbecues (check availability), electric pans, Airfryer, among other amenities.

- Kiosks and Amiga Barbecue: Want to take advantage of the kiosks? Make an appointment at the reception. And if you feel like having a barbecue, rent the Barbecue Kit. Prices at the reception.

- Cancellation: In case of cancellation during your stay up to 15 days before the check-in date, the deposited amount will not be refunded or rescheduled. From 16 to 30 days before check-in, the amount will not be refunded, but the date can be rescheduled. From 30 days before check-in, 50% will be refunded.

- Your best friend: Pets are allowed at an additional cost per pet per day of all sizes, please ask for the rules for their accommodation. The main one states that the pet must not be left alone in the room, nor walk in the common areas without a leash.

- Recanto's delights: our coffee is served every day in beautiful and delicious baskets at your accommodation from 7:30 am to 9 am.

- Are you coming by car? Our parking lot is exclusive and is located close to your accommodation. If you come to our Recanto with more than one car, we have several spaces in our common parking lot.

- You can always count on us: our reception is open from 7am to 10pm, our minibar is empty, so you are free to bring whatever product you want.
