Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment must be made in full in advance to guarantee your reservation. We accept payment by credit card, bank deposit or PIX. With credit card, you can pay in up to 6 installments, with a minimum installment of R$200.00. For payments by bank deposit or PIX, you must send proof of payment immediately after the transaction, identifying the reservation, by email or WhatsApp. Failure to make payment within the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellations made up to 15 days before check-in are free of charge. After this period, the amount of the first night will be charged.

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of the stay are free of charge; after that, the full amount for the period booked will be charged.
On other dates:
In case of cancellation, the amounts paid cannot be refunded or converted into credit. For these rates, the full amount of the daily rates is charged at the time of booking.
A date change is allowed only once, subject to availability and provided that prior notice is given.
No-show or early departure: in case of no-show or departure before the scheduled date, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Groups and events follow different policies than individual reservations. We consider any reservation with 10 or more apartments a group.
Reservations made for the same dates and in the name of the same company or person will also be classified as a group, even if issued on separate vouchers.
