Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- Payment of 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% upon arrival.

- Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the check-in date.
- In case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show, you will lose the 50% already paid, with no right to a refund of the amount for any reason.
- Cancellation of the stay after CHECK-IN, at the entrance, as well as EARLY DEPARTURE, for any reason, WILL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or daily rate.

- Refunds for reservations canceled within the deadline will be made within 30 days, counting from the date of cancellation.
